本研究深入探讨了企业文化对种业公司人才管理的影响.企业文化作为一种内在动力,不仅反映了公司的核心价值观和使命,还通过塑造员工的行为、决策和领导方式,对员工吸引力、保留、发展和激励产生深远影响.本研究分析了企业文化的核心概念和多样性,强调了在种业公司中独特的文化特点.进一步讨论了企业文化对员工吸引力、保留以及发展和激励的具体影响,突出了文化在吸引高素质人才、提高生产效率和推动创新方面的作用.最后,指出了未来研究方向,包括跨文化研究、文化的可塑性和适应性,以及文化度量和评估方法的改进等,为种业公司和农业领域提供了关于如何优化人才管理的重要见解.企业文化的塑造不仅关系到企业的成功,也对全球农业的可持续性发展具有重要影响.
Abstract
This study delves into the impact of corporate culture on talent management in agribusiness companies.Corporate culture,as an intrinsic force,not only reflects the core values and mission of a company but also exerts a profound influence on employee attractiveness,retention,development,and motivation by shaping their behaviors,decisions,and leadership styles.This paper analyzes the core concepts and diversity of corporate culture,empha-sizing the unique cultural characteristics within agribusiness companies.Furthermore,it discusses the specific ef-fects of corporate culture on employee attractiveness,retention,as well as development and motivation,highlight-ing its role in attracting high-caliber talents,enhancing productivity,and driving innovation.Lastly,future research directions are identified,including cross-cultural studies,the adaptability and flexibility of culture,and improve-ments in culture measurement and assessment methods,providing valuable insights for optimizing talent manage-ment in agribusiness companies and the agricultural sector as a whole.The shaping of corporate culture not only impacts a company's success but also holds significant implications for the sustainability of global agriculture.
