植物非特异性脂质转运蛋白(plant non-specific lipid transfer proteins,nsLTPs)是一类小分子可溶性碱性蛋白,包含1个由4个二硫键链接的8个半胱氨酸残基保守基序、1个内部疏水空腔和1个脂质结合位点.这种结构使得nsTLPs稳定性高,结合或转运疏水分子的能力增强,因此能够在膜间转移脂质.植物nsLTPs广泛存在于高等植物中,主要有5种类型,包括LTPl、LTP2、LTPc、LTPd和LTPg,其中LTP1和LTP2最常见,研究数量相对较多.植物nsLTPs的生物学功能丰富,除了参与植物生长和发育(角质层蜡质合成,胚胎发育,种子发育和萌发)外,在非生物胁迫以及病原菌防御中也起重要作用.本研究主要讲述了近几年植物nsLTPs功能研究进展,分析了该研究存在的不足之处,并展望了未来研究方向,旨在为深入了解植物nsLTPs的功能提供参考.
The Function of Plant Non-specific Lipid Transporters(nsLTPs)
Plant non-specific lipid transfer proteins(nsLTPs)are small molecule soluble basic proteins,which contain a conserved motif of octacysteine residues linked by four disulfide bonds,an internal hydrophobic cavity and a lipid binding site.This structure has high stability and increases the ability to bind or transport hydrophobic molecules,enabling the transfer of lipids between membranes.Plant nsLTPs are widely found in higher plants,and there are mainly five types,including LTP1,LTP2,LTPc,LTPd and LTPg.Among them,LTP1 and LTP2 are the most common,and the number of studies is relatively large.Plant nsLTPs have abundant biological functions,and play important roles in abiotic stress and pathogen defense,besides participating in plant growth and development(cuticle wax synthesis and embryo development,seed development and germination).This article mainly reviewed the functional studies of plant nsLTPs family in recent years,and presented the research shortage and future research prospects,aiming to provide reference for further understanding the function of plant nsLTPs.
