Difference Analysis of Soil Microecological Environment and Control Effect of Banana Fusarium Wilt with Different Fertilization
To explore the changing characteristics of soil biology of banana orchard driven by humic acid functional fertilizer,so as to provide scientific basis for the application of humic acid functional fertilizer to maintain soil ecological function and ensure the safe planting of banana. In this study, the acidified soil of typical banana orchard with pH less than 4 was used as the experimental object, using greenhouse pot experiment, conventional topdressing compound fertilizer as experimental control(NFP)and non-topdressing treatment as blank control(CK).Based on Illumina Miseq high-throughput sequencing technique, the differences of microbial population structure and diversity in banana soil with humic acid functional fertilizer and the effect of banana Fusarium wilt control were analyzed. The results showed that compared with NFP,FDG increased the soil pH by 0.51 units, and increased significantly the activities of S-ACP and S-SC,and increased the diversity and richness of soil microorganisms, and increased the relative abundance of beneficial bacteria such as Actinobacteria,Sphingomonas and Penicillium, decreased significantly the abundance of pathogenic bacteria such as Fusarium, the incidence of banana Fusarium wilt decreased by 14%,and the degree of root disease decreased.Humic acid functional fertilizer can effectively reduce soil acidification obstacle factors, activate soil enzyme activity, reduce the number of Fusarium oxysporum in soil, balance soil microbial population, improve banana root ecological environment quality, and reduce the occurrence of banana Fusarium wilt, which is a feasible fertilization measure to optimize the fertilization structure of banana industry.
