Analysis Differential of Non-volatile Components in the Pericarp of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Grafted with Different Rootstocks
In order to explore the difference of non-volatile components in the pericarp of Zanthoxylum bungeanum grafted with different rootstocks.Meihuajiao as the scion variety, and three rootstock varieties with Chuanshanhua-jiao(YJ),Qiyuejiao(QJ),and Bayuejiao(BJ),at the same time seedlings of Meihuajiao were compared as control(MJ).Using UPLC-MS/MS metabonomics combined with multivariate statistical analysis, the non-volatile com-ponents of three rootstocks grafted varieties and the control were compared respectively. The results showed that there were 12 categories of 1 223 non-volatile components in the pericarp of four varieties of Z.bungeanum,includ-ing flavonoids, phenolic acids, lipids, alkaloids, amino acids and their derivatives, etc.Compared with the control, there were 16,56,and 78 differential metabolites in the grafted varieties from the three rootstocks(YJ,QJ,BJ).Among them,YJ as rootstock is closer to the control. When QJ was used as rootstock, amino acids and their derivatives, phenolic acids and flavonoid metabolites accumulated more, which not only increased its medicinal value, but also improved its nutritional value.Taking BJ as rootstock, without considering its medicinal and edible value, may have development potential in coping with adversity stress. The results of this study can provide some reference for the improving the pericarp quality and breeding of Z.bungeanum.
