Performance Management Theory and System Construction of Seed Industry Companies
With the advent of the knowledge economy era,the competition among seed industry companies in the global economy has become increasingly intense.This study aims to explore the construction of a performance evaluation system for seed industry companies based on the theory of performance management.By thoroughly analyzing the characteristics of seed industry companies and considering the seasonality,periodicity,and uncer-tainty of agricultural production,the study discusses,from the perspective of performance management theory,the importance and necessity of performance management for seed industry companies in the knowledge economy era.Furthermore,through theoretical analysis,the study delineates the principles of constructing a performance evaluation system,including rational setting of indicators,flexible balancing of financial and non-financial goals,and emphasis on employee training and communication.In the implementation process of the performance evaluation system,training is utilized to ensure that employees fully understand the goals and operational procedures of performance evaluation.Finally,the study discusses its limitations and proposes future research directions.This research provides theoretical guidance and practical suggestions for seed industry companies to construct an effective performance evaluation system in the knowledge economy era.
