Bioinformatics Analysis of NAC Transcription Factors Family in Commelina purpurea
The NAC transcription factor family is a plant-specific gene family, which plays an important role in plant growth and responsing to abiotic stress. To screen and analyze the family of NAC transcription factors in Commelina purpurea, based on transcriptome data of C.purpurea, the NAC transcription factor family of C.pur-purea were screened and identified, and the biological tools were used for preliminary analysis. The results showed that 16 NAC transcription factors were identified in the transcriptome data of C.purpurea, and the se-quence length of amino acids encoded by it ranged from 119 bp to 163 bp.12 CpNAC proteins were basic pro-teins;4 CpNAC proteins were acidic proteins;and all CpNAC proteins were hydrophilic proteins. The compo-nents with higher secondary structure of CpNAC protein were α-helix and random coil;the number of CpNAC proteins located in the mitochondrial matrix, cytoplasm and nucleus was 2,6 and 8,respectively.The phylogenet-ic tree showed that the NAC protein clusters of 7 species were divided into 11 groups, among which CpNAC pro-tein was distributed in 6 groups. This study lays a foundation for studying the biological functions of C.purpurea NAC transcription factor family and its proteins.
