Difference Analysis of Main Functional Characters and Component Con-tents in Leaves of Ginkgo biloba Strains
In order to screen the superior leaf germplasm of ginkgo(Ginkgo biloba),the differences of main func-tional traits(dry weight per leaf, leaf area per leaf, specific dry weight)and main functional components(total fla-vonoids,terpene lactones, polypentenol)in the leaves of 38 ginkgo strains were analyzed. The leaf quality of 38 ginkgo strains was evaluated based on principal component analysis and membership function method. The results showed that:(1)Significant differences in leaf functional traits and component contents among different ginkgo strains were found, showing high genetic variation, with a coefficient of variation ranging from 11.39%to 39.73%;(2)Pearson correlation analysis shows that single leaf dry weight was significantly positively correlated with single leaf area and specific leaf dry weight(P<0.01),and total flavonoids were significantly negatively correlated with poly-pentenol(P<0.05);(3)After comprehensive evaluation of membership function and aggregation category analysis, sorting and classifying the leaf quality of each ginkgo strains, and finally screening out the four excellent foliar strains No.18,24,38,and 39.The specific performance is good leaf quality, high single leaf dry weight and high content of functional components.
