水稻穗型相关基因定位和育种利用研究进展

穗型是水稻重要的农艺性状,直接影响水稻产量.水稻穗型按弯曲程度、穗重、着粒密度等不同参数可分成多种类型,如按弯曲程度可分为直立穗、半直立穗和弯曲穗3种类型.不同的水稻穗型对水稻产量、品质和抗病性等都有重要影响.近年来水稻穗型遗传调控取得了重要进展,克隆了众多穗型相关基因,并研究了相关基因的功能.本研究的主要概述与课题研究有助于理解水稻穗型的形成与调控机制,为水稻不同穗型高产育种提供理论依据.
Research Progress on Rice Panicle Type Related Gene Mapping and Breeding Utilization
Panicle type is an important agronomic trait of rice,which directly affects rice productivity.Rice panicle types can be classified into multiple types according to different parameters,such as degree of bending,panicle weight,and grain density.For example,according to the degree of bending,it can be divided into three types:erect ears,semi-upright ears and curved ears.Different rice panicle types have important effects on rice yield,quality and disease resistance.In recent years,important progress has been made in the genetic regulation of rice panicle type.Many panicle-related genes have been cloned and the functions of related genes have been studied.The main overview and subject research of this study will help to understand the formation and regulation mechanism of rice panicle types,and provide a theoretical basis for high-yield breeding of rice with different panicle types.
