摘要

叶色是茶树品种间差异明显且易于观察的叶片性状,可作为茶树品种分类的依据之一,特殊品种或特定栽培条件下,茶树叶色会发生变异.叶色特异茶树是重要且珍稀的茶树种质资源,一直以来在茶树新品种选育研究中备受关注.对其研究主要集中在特殊叶色的变色机理以及相关品质因子的特殊形成机制等方面.通过查阅文献资料,综述了近年来,国内外茶树叶色变异类型、生理生化特征、特殊分子机制、种质鉴别与开发利用等方面的研究进展,为后期相关领域的研究提供参考.

Abstract

Leaf color is a leaf character which is easy to observe and has obvious differences among tea varieties.It can be used as one of the basis for classification of tea varieties.The special varieties or under specific cultivation conditions,the leaf color of tea will change.Tea trees with specific leaf color is an important and rare germplasm resource of tea plant,which have always attracted much attention in selecting breeding of tea new varieties.The re-search mainly focuses on the discoloration mechanism of special leaf color and the special formation mechanism of related quality factors.Through reviewing the literature,the research progress on the types of leaf color variation,physiological and biochemical characteristics,special molecular mechanisms,germplasm identification and devel-opment and utilization of tea tree at home and abroad in recent years is summarized to provide reference for the re-search in the related fields at a later stage.
