植物内生真菌活性成分及生物功能研究进展

内生真菌广泛存在于健康植物组织中,与植物之间存在复杂的微生态关系,是一种新的微生物资源.通过与植物共同进化,内生真菌会合成与宿主植物相同或相似的代谢产物,在医药、农业和工业生产等方面均有应用,且在不断发展.通过内生真菌发酵工业化生产生物活性物质,有利于保护濒危植物资源、降低生产成本.此外,内生真菌还影响了植物的生长、发育性状和对胁迫的耐受性.本研究主要从内生真菌次生代谢产物活性成分多样性及内生真菌生物功能方面进行了系统概述,以期为进一步挖掘、鉴定及应用植物内生真菌资源提供参考.
Research Progress in Bioactive Components and Biological Functions of Endophytes
Endophytic fungi widely exist in healthy plant tissues,and there is a complex relationship between en-dophytic fungi and plants,which is a new microbial resource.Through co-evolution with plants,endophytic fungi synthesize the same or similar metabolites as the host plant,which have broad application prospects and develop-ment potential in medicine,agricultural and industrial production,etc.Using endophyte fermentation to realize the industrial production of bioactive substances is conducive to protecting endangered plant resources and reducing production costs.In addition,endophytic fungi also affect plant growth,developmental traits and tolerance to stress.This study mainly focuses on the systematic overview of the diversity of the active components of the secondary metabolites of endophytic fungi and the biological functions of endophytic fungi,in order to provide references for further excavation,identification and application of plant endophytic fungi resources.
