Identification and Analysis of the PbrGH3 Gene Family in Pyrus bretschnei-deri
In order to understand the function of the PbrGH3 gene family. In this study, the PbrGH3 gene family was identified and analyzed by bioinformatics. The results showed that based on the whole genome data of pear,10 genes of PbrGH3 family were identified, the length of the amino acid sequence encoding the protein was between 596~614 aa,the molecular weight was between 67.34~69.71 kD,the pI was 5.23~7.14,and there were many acidic proteins. All the members were unstable hydrophilic proteins and played a major role in the cytoplasm.Secondary structure analysis found that the proportion of random coil was the highest. After phylogenetic tree analysis, the 10 members of PbrGH3 were divided into three groups. After analyzing the conserved motifs and gene structure,it was found that all members included the predicted 10 motifs and all contained 3~4 CDS.The gene structure of the mem-bers under the same classification was consistent, and the conservation degree of PbrGH3 gene was high.Promoter analysis showed that PbrGH3 gene was more involved in plant activities related to hormone and light response.By analyzing the expression of PbrGH3 in different developmental stages of'Dangshansu pear',it was found that PbrGH3-5 played an important role in fruit development. This study preliminarily analyzed the characteristics and functions of PbrGH3 gene family members in pear, which provided a reference for further research.
