摘要
细胞色素P450(cytochrome P450,CYP450)是一类广泛存在于自然界的超基因家族单加氧酶,参与多种植物次生代谢产物的生物合成,被誉为"万能的生物催化剂".近年来,随着高通量测序技术和分子生物学的发展,越来越多植物CYP450酶的功能被揭示,相关生物合成研究取得了令人瞩目的成果.本研究结合CYP450的结构特点、作用机制,重点介绍植物CYP450在次生代谢产物生物合成中的研究进展,为植物CYP450酶的挖掘及功能研究提供参考,也为基于此的植物次生代谢产物生物合成与代谢调控提供依据.
Abstract
Cytochrome P450s are a type of superfamily of monooxygenases that are ubiquitous in nature,and have been praised as"versatile biocatalysts"because of their extensive participation in the biosynthesis of various secondary metabolites in plants.In recent years,more and more plant cytochrome P450 genes have been charac-terized with the development of high-through sequencing and molecular biology,and the relevant biosynthesis researches have got distinguished progresses.In this review,the structural features and catalytic mechanism of cytochrome P450s,as well as advances of plant cytochrome P450s in the biosynthesis of secondary metabolites are introduced.This review provides references for the discovery and characterization of plant cytochrome P450 enzymes,and also lays a basis for related biosynthesis and metabolic regulation researches.
