Floral Characteristics of Spring Rapeseed in Southeast Tibet and Its Effects on Agronomic Traits
In order to study the floral characteristics of rapeseed in the southeast of Tibet and its influence on agronomic traits, this experiment collected 25 landraces(lines)from Nyingchi and Changdu,Tibet and 27 rape varieties(lines)from'Tibet Rape No.3'and'Tibet Rape No.5',and recorded different rapeseeds.Varieties(lines)in the flowering period of the floral characteristics of the performance and assign values, the overall analysis of its correlation and explore the effects of floral characteristics on the main agronomic traits,in order to study the effect of rape flowers on its yield. The results showed that the corolla size of spring rapeseed in southeastern Tibet is mostly medium, the petal shape is mainly oval, the petal state is mostly flat, the petal state is mainly lateral, and the branching habits are mainly uniform branches;the floral characteristics are opposite. In the analysis of agronomic traits,it was found that the corolla size and thousand-seed weight(TSW)were significantly negatively correlated, indicating that the larger the corolla of rape, the more unfavorable the accumulation of thousand-seed weight, which indirectly affects the formation of yield. The results of this study provide a theoretical reference for creating high-yielding rapeseed varieties that adapt to the ecological environment of the Tibetan area.
