不同栽培方式对西兰花产量和品质的影响

本研究以'绿美青花菜'为材料,分析3种不同栽培方式(土壤栽培,基质栽培和水培)对西兰花产量及品质的影响,以期得出最适于西兰花栽培的方式.结果表明,水培西兰花的产量显著高于土壤栽培及基质栽培,且水培的产量与土壤栽培差异极显著.基质栽培的可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白含量均显著高于土壤栽培及水培;维生素C含量、可溶性固形物含量和干物质显著高于水培,且与土壤栽培无显著差异;叶绿素含量与土壤栽培及水培均无显著差异.综上所述,基质栽培和水培模式下西兰花的产量较于土壤栽培均有所提高,且水培增加更多;基质栽培模式下的西兰花营养品质较于土壤栽培和水培更为优良.本研究结果可为西兰花栽培提供理论依据和实践指导.
Effects of Different Cultivation Ways on Yield and Quality of Broccoli
In order to find the most suitable cultivation way of broccoli,the'Lumei broccoli'was used to study the effects of three different cultivation ways(soil cultivation,substrate cultivation,and hydroponic cultivation)on the yield and quality of broccoli.The results showed that the yield of hydroponic cultivation was significantly higher than that of soil cultivation and substrate cultivation,and the yield of water cultivation was significantly different from that of soil cultivation.The soluble sugar content and soluble protein content of substrate cultivation were significantly higher than those of soil cultivation and hydroponic cultivation,respectively;the vitamin C content,soluble solid content,and dry matter content of substrate cultivation were significantly higher than those of hydroponic cultivation,but there was no significant difference between substrate cultivation and soil cultivation;the chlorophyll content of substrate cultivation was not significantly different from that of soil cultivation and hydroponic cultivation.In summary,the yields of broccoli under both substrate cultivation and hydroponic cultivation ways are higher than that under the soil cultivation way,and hydroponic cultivation increases more;the nutritional quality of broccoli under the substrate cultivation way is better than that under the soil cultivation and hydroponic cultivation.These results can provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the cultivation of broccoli.
