不同农艺措施对香蕉枯萎病园土壤微生态的影响

为阐明不同农艺措施对香蕉枯萎病园土壤微生态的影响,本研究拟通过土壤微生物宏基因技术对3种不同农艺措施处理的香蕉枯萎病园土壤进行测序,并分析数据.聚类结果显示,施用石灰(A2)、油茶茶枯粉天然肥料(B2)和ETS微生物菌肥(E2)处理能够改变土壤微生态;对A2、B2和E2处理进行了相对丰度菌类群分析,结果显示除了未定义菌种和其他分类菌种外,厚壁菌门丰度最高;土壤微生物绝对定量分析和相对定量分析可知,芽单胞菌门、厚壁菌门和装甲菌门3种微生物门水平在样本中的占比均比对照(NB)大.因此认为,3种不同农艺措施可改变土壤微生态,增加芽单胞菌门、厚壁菌门和装甲菌门等抗菌微生物门水平,提高土壤抗病能力.这一结果为通过调整土壤微生态防治香蕉枯萎病提供了参考依据.
Effects of Different Agronomic Measures on Soil Microbiota in Banana Blight Garden
To clarify the effects of different agronomic measures on soil microbiota in banana blight garden,this study intends to sequence the banana blight garden soil treated with 3 different agronomic measures by soil microbial metagenic technology.Clustering results showed that the application of lime(A2),oil-tea camellia sinensis natural fertilizer(B2)and ETS microbial fertilizer(E2)could change the soil microecology;the relative abundance of fungi in A2,B2 and E2 treatments was analyzed,the results showed that Firmicutes had the highest abundance except for undefined and other taxonomic species;absolute quantitative analysis and relative quantitative analysis of soil microorganisms showed that the proportion of three microbial phyla Gemmatimonadetes,Firmicutes and Armatimonadetes in the sample were larger than the control(NB).Therefore,three different agronomic measures can change the soil microbiota,increase levels of antimicrobial microbial phyla such as Gemmatimonadetes,Firmicutes and Armatimonadetes,and improve soil disease resistance.This result provides a reference for the control of banana blight by adjusting soil microbiota.
