Effects of Different Agronomic Measures on Soil Microbiota in Banana Blight Garden
To clarify the effects of different agronomic measures on soil microbiota in banana blight garden, this study intends to sequence the banana blight garden soil treated with 3 different agronomic measures by soil microbial metagenic technology.Clustering results showed that the application of lime(A2),oil-tea camellia sinensis natural fertilizer(B2)and ETS microbial fertilizer(E2)could change the soil microecology;the relative abundance of fungi in A2,B2 and E2 treatments was analyzed, the results showed that Firmicutes had the highest abundance except for undefined and other taxonomic species;absolute quantitative analysis and relative quantitative analysis of soil microorganisms showed that the proportion of three microbial phyla Gemmatimonadetes,Firmicutes and Armatimonadetes in the sample were larger than the control(NB).Therefore, three different agronomic measures can change the soil microbiota, increase levels of antimicrobial microbial phyla such as Gemmatimonadetes,Firmicutes and Armatimonadetes, and improve soil disease resistance. This result provides a reference for the control of banana blight by adjusting soil microbiota.
