摘要
植物品种的特异性、一致性和稳定性(DUS)测试是品种保护、审定和登记的必要条件.《植物新品种特异性、一致性和稳定性测试指南总则》的研制能为芫荽品种的实质性审查提供科学、准确、实用的重要依据.因此本研究从芫荽指南的研制目标原则、研制进程、指南内容、判定标准等4个方面来详细介绍芫荽测试指南的研制过程.该指南的研制填补了国内芫荽测试标准的空白,为芫荽品种管理及保护事业的发展提供技术保障.
Abstract
Plant variety distinctness,uniformity and stability(DUS)test is a necessary condition for variety pro-tection,approval and registration.The development of"General directives for the conduct of tests of distinctness uniformity and stability for new varieties of plants"can provide scientific,accurate and practical basis for the sub-stantive examination of coriander varieties.Therefore,this research introduces the development process of corian-der test guideline in detail from the following four aspects:the development principles,the development process,the content of the guideline and the judgment standard.The development of the guideline fills in the blank of coriander test standard in China and provides technical support for the development of coriander variety manage-ment and protection.
