水稻防御酶与其抗病性关系研究进展

水稻(Oryza sativa)是世界上最重要的粮食作物,然而病害问题一直威胁着水稻生产,增强水稻的抗病性是确保水稻生产安全的有效途径.抗病性是一个极其复杂的过程,水稻利用自身防御体系应对病害胁迫时,会产生一系列防御性生理生化反应,其防御酶活性会随之呈现显著变化,这种变化在植物响应逆境胁迫中具有重要意义.本研究综述了 6种常见防御酶,即超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶和苯丙氨酸解氨酶在水稻应对病害胁迫中的活性变化趋势,指出了水稻防御酶研究中存在的问题,并展望了相关研究的发展趋势.
Advances in the Research of Relationship between Defensive Enzymes and Disease Resistance in Rice
Rice(Oryza sativa)is one of the most important grain crops,while disease problems have been a threat to rice production.Enhancing disease resistance is an effective way to ensure the rice production safety.Disease resistance is an extremely complex process,and a series of defensive physiological and biochemical reactions will occur,when rice copes with disease stress using its own defense system,and its defense enzyme activity will change significantly,which is of great significance in plant response to stress.In this study,the variation trend of six important plant defense enzymes,namely,superoxide dismutase,catalase,peroxidase,polyphenol oxidase,ascorbic acid peroxidase and phenylalanine ammonia enzyme in rice response to disease stress was overviewed.Then the main problems and the development trends in rice defense enzymes research were proposed.
