摘要

黑果腺肋花楸[Aronia melanocarpa(Michx.)Elliott.]是多年生灌木.在20世纪90年代从朝鲜引进,具有丰富的食用、药用、观赏等价值.目前,中国对于黑果腺肋花楸引种驯化、快繁技术、区域试验进展迅速.黑果腺肋花楸多倍体植株具有优质、高产、抗性强等特点.本研究总结了多种黑果腺肋花楸多倍体诱导及鉴定方法,进一步为黑果腺肋花楸多倍体育种、丰富种质资源提供理论依据.

Abstract

Aronia melanocarpa is a perennial shrub.Introduced from North Korea in the 1990s,it has rich edible,medicinal,and ornamental values.At present,my country has made rapid progress in the introduction and domesti-cation,rapid propagation technology research and regional trials of Aronia melanocarpa.The polyploid plant of Aronia melanocarpa has the characteristics of high quality,high yield and strong resistance.This article reviews a variety of methods for the induction and identification of polyploidy of Aronia melanocarpa,and further provides a theoretical basis for polyploid species of Aronia melanocarpa and rich germplasm resources.
