谷子SBP转录因子的鉴定与表达分析

为明确谷子SBP基因家族成员、系统发育以及生物学功能,本研究通过构建隐马尔可夫模型和本地数据库,在谷子全基因组数据库中扫描含有SBP结构域的SBP基因家族成员,并进一步对染色体定位、系统进化、基因结构、保守基序和组织表达模式进行分析.从谷子全基因组数据库中共鉴定到20个SBP成员,以不均匀方式分布在9条染色体上;系统进化树分为Group Ⅰ、Group Ⅱ、Group Ⅲ、Group Ⅳ、Group Ⅴ、Group Ⅵ 6个亚族;亲缘关系较近的基因具有相似的结构和保守基序,谷子SBP蛋白都含有保守motif 1和motif2,大部分谷子SBP基因的内含子个数在1~4之间;谷子SBP基因在不同组织中的表达模式具有特异性,具有相同表达模式的基因聚类在一起.本研究初步明确了谷子SBP转录因子的分类、进化关系、结构特点以及组织表达模式.研究结果为进一步研究谷子SBP转录因子的系统发育以及生物学功能提供了理论基础,同时也为培育优良谷子种质资源提供科学依据.
Identification and Expression Analysis of SBP Transcription Factor in Fox-tail Millet
In order to clarify the SBP gene family members,evolution and biological function of foxtail millet,by constructing a hidden Markov model and build a local database,the SBP gene family members containing SBP do-mains are scanned in the foxtail millet whole genome database,and the chromosome location,phyletic evolution,gene structure,conservative motif and tissue expression pattern have been analyzed.20 SBP gene family members were identified from foxtail millet whole genome database and distributed unevenly on nine chromosomes;phylo-genetic tree is divided into six subgroups:Group Ⅰ,Group Ⅱ,Group Ⅲ,Group Ⅳ,Group Ⅴ and Group Ⅵ;gene structures and conservative motif of SBP genes were similar in the foxtail millet which possessed closely genetic relationship,all of the foxtail millet SBP proteins contained motif 1 and motif 2,and the number of introns in most millet SBP genes ranged from 1 to 4.The SBP genes were tissue-specific expressed in foxtail millet and similar ex-pression pattern genes were clustered.The similar expression pattern genes were clustered together.This study pre-liminarily clarified the classification,evolutionary relationship,structural characteristics and tissue expression pat-tern of SBP transcription factor in foxtail millet.The results provides a basis for further studying the phylogenetic and biological functions of millet SBP transcription factors,and also provides a scientific basis for the cultivation of excellent millet germplasm resources.
