Analysis of Genetic Diversity of Peanut Germplasm and Construction of Fingerprint
In this study,SSR markers were used to analyze genetic diversity and construct DNA fingerprinting of 50 peanut germplasm resources.A total of 141 gene loci were amplified by 38 pairs of SSR primers in 50 germplasm resources, with an average of 3.71 loci per primer,of which 126 were polymorphic amplified loci, with a polymorphism ratio of 89.36%,and many primers the average value of PIC is 0.52,and the variation range is 0.40~0.88.Using the UPGMA method for clustering, the 50 peanut germplasm resources could be clustered into four groups at GS 0.648,and the genetic similarity coefficients(GS)of the 50 peanut germplasm resources ranged from 0.436 to 0.955,with the average value of 0.735.In addition,38 pairs of SSR primers were used to construct a unique DNA fingerprinting QR code, which will provide an important basis for the selection and identification of new peanut varieties in the future.
