菊花为菊科菊属多年生植物,是世界上最重要的观赏花卉之一,兼有药用、茶用和食用价值.菊花具有适应性强、生长快、易栽培等特点,在全国各地已被广泛引种栽培,导致菊花栽培种、野生种及近缘种属混杂现象广泛存在,阻碍菊花育种和产业发展.本研究简要阐述了基于表型和DNA分子标记的菊花种质资源鉴定和分类、优异种质筛选、遗传多样性分析、遗传模型分析、遗传连锁图谱构建、目标性状的基因定位等方面的研究进展,以期为提高菊花种质资源利用效率和遗传改良提供参考.
The Research Progress of Chrysanthemum Germplasm on Phenotype and DNA Molecular Markers
Chrysanthemum is a perennial plant of the genus Chrysanthemum in the family of Asteraceae.It is one of the most important ornamental flowers in the world,with medicinal,drinkable and edible value.Chrysan-themum has strong adaptability,grows quickly,easily cultivate,it has been widely introduced and cultivated all over the country.The mixed phenomenon of cultivated species,wild species and related species of chrysanthe-mum is widespread,which hinders the breeding and industrial development of chrysanthemum.This article re-views the research progress of phenotype and DNA molecular markers in chrysanthemum breeding research from the aspects of chrysanthemum germplasm identification and classification,excellent germplasm screening,genet-ic diversity analysis,genetic model analysis,genetic linkage map construction,gene mapping of the target traits.It provides a reference for the effective utilization of germplasm resources and the genetic improvement of chrysanthemum varieties.
