Relationship Between Soil Components and Volatile Components of Aro-matic Rice'Goudang1'in Different Planting Sites
Besides the influence of genetic genes, the cultivation environment also has an important influence on the aroma components and content of aromatic rice.In order to explore the effects of soil environment at different altitudes in Congjiang County of Guizhou Province on the aroma components of'Goudangl',five different alti-tudes were selected to plant'Goudangl'in Congjiang County of Guizhou Province from 200 to 900 m,and the con-tents of available nitrogen, available potassium, available phosphorus, organic matter and pH value were deter-mined,Headspace Solid Phase Microextraction(HS-SPME)and Gas Chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)were used to analyze the volatile components of'Goudangl'from different planting sites. The results showed that there were differences in the types and contents of volatile compounds detected in different planting sites of'Goudang No.1',among which 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline(2-AP),an important component affecting rice aroma, had the highest relative contents of available potassium and available phosphorus in the soil of the high planting site,so the aroma of'Goudang No.1'was the strongest in this planting site. There are many volatile components in'Goudang No.1'fragrant rice. The relationship between soil characteristics and main volatile components in different planting sites of this fragrant rice variety was studied. The results can provide theoretical basis for the selection of suitable planting sites of this fragrant rice variety and provide reference for the development of fragrant rice production in-dustry.
