桫椤科(Cyatheaceae)植物是集药用、观赏、科研为一体的珍稀濒危植物,孢子繁殖是其繁育的主要方式,然而因自然繁殖的困难,探究人工繁殖的途径成为其研究热点,且随着近年来生物技术的进步,其在生物学特性和繁殖培育技术方面的研究取得了较大进展.因此,本研究通过对桫椤科植物相关研究资料和文献的查阅、整理和归纳,总结出近年来针对桫椤科植物的孢子、配子体形态发育以及繁育技术的研究进展,展望桫椤繁育技术的应用前景,为促进其扩大繁殖、产业化栽培提供理论参考.
Research Progress on Biological Characteristics and Propagation Technology of Cyatheaceae
Cyatheaceae is a rare and endangered plant which plays an important role in medicinal,ornamental and scientific research.Spore propagation is the main way of its breeding,however,due to the difficulty of natural reproduction,exploring the way of artificial propagation has become a research hotspot.With the progress of biotechnology in recent years,more achievements have been made in the study of biological characteristics and propagation technology of Cyatheaceae.Therefore,this article summarizes the research situation of the morpho-logical development and propagation technology of the spores and gametophytes of Cyatheaceae in recent years by consulting,sorting and summarizing the relevant research data and literature of Cyatheaceae,and looks forward to the application prospect of the propagation technology of Cyatheaceae,so as to provide theoretical reference for promoting its expansion of its reproduction and industrialization of cultivation.
