Identification and Bioinformatics Analysis of SAUR Gene Family in Betula platyphylla
SAUK gene family,as the largest family ot plant auxin early response gene family,is involved in many biological processes such as plant cell elongation, fruit development, stress response and so on.Based on the whole genome data of Betula platyphylla, this study identified and bioinformatics analyzed the SAUR gene family of Betula platyphylla. The results showed that there were a total of 61 SAUR family genes in Betula platyphylla, which were unevenly distributed on 14 chromosomes.Physical and chemical analysis showed that most of the Bp-SAUR proteins were alkaline and unstable, with a high lipophilic coefficient and hydrophilicity;systemic evolu-tion and gene structure analysis indicate that 61 SAUR genes in Betula platyphylla are classified into 4 categories(Group Ⅰ to Group Ⅳ),with the highest BpSA UR gene in Group Ⅳ.BpSAUR genes in the same category tend to aggregate and distribute on chromosomes. Most of the SAUR family genes of Betula platyphylla are intron free or intron less genes. In addition, the SAUR family gene promoter of Betula platyphylla also has multiple light respon-sive,hormone responsive, and stress responsive elements, indicating that it may participate in multiple biological processes such as growth, development, and stress response. The expression of BpSAUR family gene is different in different tissue parts and different development stages, mainly concentrated in young stems, mature stems and ma-ture leaves. In this study, the SAUR gene family of Betula platyphylla was analyzed in order to lay a good founda-tion for molecular breeding of Betula platyphylla.
