The Application of Computers and Artificial Intelligence in Molecular Biology Data Analysis
This study aims to explore the application of computers and artificial intelligence in molecular biology data analysis,emphasizing the characteristics and challenges of various molecular biology data,as well as the key role of computers in data storage management,preprocessing and cleaning,data visualization,and other aspects.This study explores in detail the applications of artificial intelligence technology in genomics,transcriptomics,and proteomics,with a focus on the contributions of machine learning,deep learning,and reinforcement learning in the fields of gene function prediction,RNA structure prediction,and protein structure prediction.In terms of challenges and future directions,the challenges of data privacy,ethical issues,data complexity and diversity are highlighted,as well as future research directions such as integrating multi-level data,dynamic system modeling,personalized medical applications,etc.Computers have a wide range of applications in molecular biology research and have become an emerging interdisciplinary field,which has certain reference significance for future biomedical research and applications.
