Genetic Relationship Analysis of 12 Cerasus spp.Germplasms Based on SRAP and ISSR Marker
In this study, the genetic diversity and relationships of 12 Cerasus spp.germplasms collected and intro-duced in Quzhou,Zhejiang Province, were extensively analyzed using the ISSR molecular marker technology. The results showed that these Cerasus spp.germplasms exhibited high genetic diversity, with a total polymorphic loci percentage of 76.38%,a total Nei's gene diversity of 0.372 0,and a total Shannon's information index of 0.244 7.Furthermore,genetic similarity among different Cerasus spp.germplasms ranged from 0.622 0 to 0.960 6,with ge-netic distances ranging from 0.031 4 to 0.405 0.UPGMA cluster analysis divided the 12 Cerasus spp.germplasms into 2 or 4 major clusters, demonstrating their diverse genetic relationships. The findings of this study not only en-riched our understanding of Cerasus spp.germplasms resources but also provided valuable data for the conserva-tion and utilization of their genetic diversity. This research offers strong support for future Cerasus spp.breeding and varietal improvement.Additionally,it serves as a reference for other studies on plant genetic diversity and em-phasizes the significance of the ISSR molecular marker technology in addressing germplasm-related issues.
