Intellectual Property Management and Legal Issues in Conventional Breeding
The aim of this study is to investigate intellectual property management and legal issues in convention-al breeding,and to deeply analyze the application of intellectual property forms such as patent rights and plant va-riety rights in breeding activities,as well as the impact of international regulations and domestic legal frameworks on conventional breeding.Explored key issues such as patent application and protection,plant variety rights man-agement,and trade secret protection,and pointed out challenges in biodiversity and knowledge sharing,seed free-dom and farmer rights,cross-border cooperation,and intellectual property disputes.The impact of intellectual property management on sustainable development was discussed,emphasizing the importance of agricultural inno-vation and proposing a direction to balance intellectual property and shared innovation.This provides a theoretical basis for upgrading and improving the legal framework,optimizing patent protection mechanisms,establishing a-gricultural technology sharing mechanisms,and strengthening the agricultural legal relief system to promote tech-nological innovation and sustainable development in the agricultural field in the future.
