The Economic Value and Market Potential of Rare Plant Resources
This study aims to explore the value and potential of rare plant resources in the economy and market.Through in-depth analysis of the classification,ecological characteristics,and value in medicine,food and health products,and chemical industries of rare plants,the multi-level economic value of rare plant resources has been re-vealed.By evaluating the current situation and future prospects of the rare plant resource market,the market poten-tial of rare plant resources was analyzed.Meanwhile,this study also summarizes the policies and experiences of China,the United States,and Australia in the management and development of rare plant resources,discusses the challenges,including over exploitation,illegal trade,and inadequate regulations,and proposes opportunities in ar-eas such as technological innovation and international cooperation.This study aims to provide reference for the de-velopment of more scientific and sustainable plant resource management policies,and promote the balanced devel-opment of the protection and utilization of rare plant resources worldwide.
