植物miRNA参与胁迫响应研究进展

摘要
microRNAs(miRNAs)是一类内源性的非编码的小RNA分子,它们在植物的生长发育和胁迫响应过程中起重要调控作用.本研究对植物miRNAs参与生物和非生物胁迫(盐胁迫,干旱胁迫,温度胁迫,营养胁迫和病原菌生物胁迫)响应过程的研究进展进行了综述,指出了 miRNAs在植物研究过程中存在的问题并对未来发展情况进行了展望,为推动miRNAs在植物逆境胁迫中的研究和应用提供思路和参考.
Abstract
microRNAs(miRNAs)are a class of endogenous,noncoding,small RNAs that have essential regulato-ry functions in plant growth,development,and stress response processes.This study reviewed the research progress of plant miRNAs in response to biotic and abiotic stresses(salt stress,drought stress,temperature stress,nu-trient stress,and pathogen biological stress).The problems in plant miRNAs research were pointed out and the fu-ture development was prospected,providing ideas and references for further studies on miRNAs research and ap-plication in plant resistance to stress response.
