为探究不同溶剂提取方法对海南油茶籽油品质的影响,本试验以海南岛主栽品种的油茶籽为材料,使用不同溶剂(石油醚,正己烷,丙酮,乙醇和乙酸乙酯)萃取油茶籽油,对油茶籽油的生理生化、次生代谢产物和脂肪酸含量进行测定,分析溶剂对茶油质量的影响.结果表明,5种溶剂所得油茶籽油的生理生化参数和代谢产物存在显著差异,脂肪酸组成基本相同,UFA含量达到85%,其中油酸是主要成分.利用PCA和隶属函数平均分析法组合分析,石油醚和乙酸乙酯提取的茶油品质得分最高,乙醇提取的茶油品质得分最低.综上所述,不同溶剂对茶油品质有一定的影响,该研究成果丰富了油茶品质的相关研究,为海南省油茶产业发展提供参考.
Quality Comparison of Camellia ole if era Seed oil Extracted with Different Solvents
In order to explore the influence of different solvent extraction methods on the quality of Camellia oleifera seed oil in Hainan Province,this experiment took camellia seed of the main varieties in Hainan Island as the material,and used different solvents(light petroleum,normal hexane,acetone,ethanol and ethyl acetate)to extract Camellia oleifera seed oil.The physiological and biochemical,secondary metabolites and fatty acid contents of Camellia oleifera seed oil were determined,and the influence of solvent on the quality of Camellia oleifera seed oil was analyzed.The results showed that there were significant differences in the physiological and biochemical parameters and metabolites of Camellia oleifera seed oil obtained from the five solvents.The fatty acid composition was basically the same,UFA content reached 85%,and oleic acid was the main component.The quality score of camellia oil extracted from petroleum ether and ethyl acetate was the highest and that from ethanol was the lowest by PCA and membership function mean analysis.In conclusion,different solvents have certain effects on the quality of camellia oil.The research results enrich the relevant research on camellia oil quality and provide reference for the development of camellia oil industry in Hainan Province.
