摘要

随着生物技术的快速发展,育种企业对于核心人才的竞争日益激烈.为了在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,育种企业需要采取有效的策略来留存和吸引核心人才.本研究针对生物技术育种企业核心人才留存与吸引策略进行研究.探讨并分析核心人才对生物技术育种企业的重要性,结合当前企业留存与吸引核心人才面临的主要问题,包括人才流失、薪酬福利缺乏竞争力、职业发展受限等方面.在此基础上,综述提出了一系列留存与吸引核心人才的策略,包括优化薪酬福利体系、完善职业发展通道、强化企业文化建设、提升人才培养与引进力度以及建立有效的激励机制等.希望通过实施这些策略,生物技术育种企业可以更好地留存和吸引核心人才,提高企业的竞争力和可持续发展能力.

Abstract

With the rapid development of biotechnology,the competition for core talents in breeding enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.In order to remain invincible in the fierce market competition,breeding enterprises need to adopt effective strategies to retain and attract core talents.This review focuses on the retention and attraction strategies of core talents in biotechnology breeding enterprises.Explore and analyze the importance of core talents for biotechnology breeding enterprises,combined with the main problems faced by enterprises in retaining and attracting core talents,including talent loss,lack of competitiveness in salary and benefits,and limited career development.On this basis,a series of strategies for retaining and attracting core talents were proposed in the review,including optimizing the salary and benefits system,improving career development channels,strengthening corporate culture construction,enhancing talent cultivation and introduction efforts,and establishing effective incentive mechanisms.I hope that by implementing these strategies,biotechnology breeding enterprises can better retain and attract core talents,improve their competitiveness and sustainable development capabilities.
