Variation Analysis and SNP Locus Mining of 16 Flavonoids Content in Nee-dle of Pinus elliottii × Pinus caribaea
In order to study the content variation characteristics of flavonoids in needle of P.elliottii × P.carib-aea,and mining the single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)significantly related to the content of flavonoids. The content of 16 flavonoids were determined and RNA-seq analysis was performed in 120 samples of P.elliottii × P.caribaea.The results showed that the content of 16 flavonoids varied significantly among different samples, and the coefficient of variation ranged from 28.21%to 80.05%.A total of 307 202 329 high-quality reads were obtained, and assembled into 98 673 unigenes.Among which,32 689 unigenes were obtained with functional annotation. In addition,373 unigenes related to the biosynthesis of flavonoid were identified.A total of 378 549 SNPs were found by blast the RNA-seq to reference genome, with an average SNP frequency of 109 bp/SNP.A total of 47 SNPs were identified that were significantly related to flavonoids content. This study provides an theoretical basis for the breeding and molecular marker-assisted breeding of P.elliottii × P.caribaea with high flavonoids content.
