The Influence of Organizational Culture in Human Resource Management of Seed Companies
In the field of agriculture,seed companies play a crucial role,and they face unique challenges in human resource management.With the intensification of competition in the seed market,the position of organizational culture in human resource management of seed companies is gradually becoming prominent.This review aims to explore how organizational culture affects employee management in seed companies,as well as how to construct and maintain an organizational culture that is conducive to company development.By elaborating on the connota-tion of organizational culture,the impact of organizational culture is analyzed from aspects such as employee re-cruitment and selection,training and development,performance management,and employee turnover rate.Fur-thermore,strategic suggestions for constructing and maintaining organizational culture are proposed.By summa-rizing the impact of organizational culture in human resource management of seed companies,the aim is to provide valuable references for seed companies,help them better understand the importance of organizational culture,and take effective measures to build and maintain an organizational culture that is conducive to the development of the company.
