Application Practices and Effects Analysis of Gene Editing Technology under the Biosafety Regulations of Different Countries
This study conducted an in-depth analysis and comparison of the application and effects of gene editing technologies under the biosafety regulations of different countries,aiming to explore how to find a balance between innovation and safety,ethics and efficiency.By outlining the basic principles and importance of gene editing tech-nology,especially CRISPR-Cas9 technology,it highlights the cutting-edge status and potential of this technology.It further discusses the background and main content of international biosafety regulations and how they affect scientific research and technological applications,particularly in regions such as the United States,China,and the European Union,and their specific practices and results.The study also examines the impact of these regulations on research institutions,enterprises,and international cooperation,as well as the effectiveness and challenges of applying gene editing technology in the fields of agriculture and medicine,and discusses related potential risks and ethical issues.Based on an analysis of the biosafety regulations of different countries,this study proposes future research directions and policy recommendations aimed at promoting the healthy development of gene editing technology and forming an effective global biosafety management framework.
