Analysis of Volatile Components in the Flowers of Seven Species of Dendrobium
In order to understand the volatile components in the flowers of 7 species of Dendrobium, using the solid-phase microextraction(SPME)method and the GC-MS technology, for Dendrobium nobile Lindl.,Dendrobium pendulum Roxb.,Dendrobium wardianum Warner,Dendrobium gratiosissimum Rchb.F.,Dendrobium primulinum Lindl.,Dendrobium crepidatum Lindl.ex Paxton and Dendrobium fimbriatum Hook.of the flowering flowers were determined and analyzed. The results showed that a total of 77 volatile components were identified from 7 species of Dendrobium flowers, including 8 types of terpenes, alkanes, alkynes, esters, aldehydes, alcohols, ketones and aromatic compounds. The volatile components in the seven species of Dendrobium were the same or different, and the main volatile components and the contents of each component were also different with different species.D.nobile mainly contained α-pinene(30.85%),D.pendulum mainly contained β-caryophyllene(45.18%),D.wardianum mainly contained β-ocimene(13.42%)and α-ylangene(13.32%),D.gratiosissimum mainly contained β-selenene(15.13%),D.primulinum mainly contained octyl acetate(70.53%),D.crepidatum mainly contained α-pinene(26.52%)and(-)-α-pinene(25.02%),D.fimbriatum mainly contained α-selenene(27.76%).The results of this study can be used as a reference for the selection and breeding of aromatic varieties of Dendrobium orchids, and can also be used as a reference for resource development and utilization.
