Impact of Substrate Nutritional Composition on Strawberry Yield and Quality
With the rapid development of the strawberry industry,the demands for its yield and quality are in-creasingly high.The composition of substrate nutrition,as a key factor affecting the growth and development of strawberries,plays a significant role in enhancing yield and improving quality.This study reviews relevant research both domestically and internationally,delving into the impact of different types of cultivation substrates and their nutritional management strategies on the yield and quality of strawberries.Research indicates that appropriate se-lection of substrates and regulation of nutrient element ratios can significantly improve the growth rate of strawber-ries,as well as quality indicators such as fruit size,sugar content,and vitamin C content.Moreover,the application of integrated water and fertilizer management offers new solutions for the precise control of substrate nutrition sup-ply,contributing to the efficient and sustainable development of the strawberry industry.Future research should pay more attention to the customized needs of substrate and nutritional management,explore nutritional manage-ment strategies under different environmental stress conditions,and the potential application of microbial fertiliz-ers and biostimulants in enhancing disease resistance and promoting healthy growth of strawberries.
