摘要
在当前全球化的经济环境中,生物技术育种企业正面临着日益激烈的市场竞争和日趋复杂的供应链管理挑战.本研究以生物技术育种行业的领头羊——孟山都公司为案例,介绍了生物技术育种行业的发展历程、当前市场状况以及供应链管理面临的主要挑战,这些挑战包括生产效率的提升、成本控制、环境变化适应性,以及对市场需求快速响应的能力等;集中了分析孟山都公司的供应链管理策略,通过对其生产、物流、库存管理和信息系统的深入研究,解析其供应链管理的成功经验和可能的改进空间.本研究期望通过对孟山都公司供应链管理的全面分析,提出一套适用于生物技术育种行业的供应链优化框架,这一框架能够为生物技术育种企业的供应链管理提供新的视角和实践指导,助力企业在不断变化的市场环境中保持竞争力.
Abstract
In the current global economic environment,biotechnological breeding enterprises are facing increas-ingly intense market competition and increasingly complex supply chain management challenges.This study takes Monsanto Company,a leader in the biotechnological breeding industry,as a case study.It introduces the develop-ment history of the biotechnological breeding industry,the current market situation,and the main challenges faced in supply chain management.These challenges include improving production efficiency,cost control,adaptability to environmental changes,and the ability to respond quickly to market demands.The study focuses on analyzing the supply chain management strategies of Monsanto Company.Through an in-depth examination of its produc-tion,logistics,inventory management,and information systems,it deciphers the company's successful experiences and potential areas for improvement in supply chain management.This research aims to propose a supply chain op-timization framework suitable for the biotechnological breeding industry,based on a comprehensive analysis of Monsanto Company's supply chain management.This framework is expected to provide new perspectives and practical guidance for supply chain management in the biotechnological breeding enterprises,helping companies maintain their competitiveness in the constantly changing market environment.
