果树作物果实形状的研究进展

果实形状是果树作物的重要外观性状,影响果实商品价值.果实形状多为数量性状,由微效多基因控制,受环境因素影响较大,遗传机制复杂.近年来,有关果树果形遗传发育和分子机制研究取得了一定的进展.本研究从果实发育细胞学研究、果形遗传倾向、果形相关基因研究三方面,对果树果形遗传发育研究基础进行了系统整理和总结,重点阐述了果树作物果形QTL及其主效基因定位的研究进展,并对现有研究存在的问题进行了分析和下一步展望,为后续果树性状改良育种提供参考.
Research Progress of Fruit Shape in Fruit Crops
Fruit shape is an important appearance trait of fruit trees,which affects the commercial value of fruits.The shape of most fruit crops is a quantitative trait controlled by multiple minor-effect genes.It is greatly influenced by environmental factors,making its genetic mechanism is complex.In recent years,some progress has been made in the research on the genetic development and molecular mechanism of fruit shape in fruit trees.This study systematically organizes and summarizes research on the genetic development of fruit shape in fruit trees from three perspectives:cytological studies of fruit development,inheritance of fruit shape,and studies on genes related to fruit shape.The research progress on the localization of QTLs and major genes related to fruit shape was highlighted.Moreover,the problems existing in the current researches were analyzed and the future research direction on fruit shape was also prospected,in order to provide references for the subsequent breeding improve-ment of quality traits in fruit trees.
