基因型和环境互作对黄淮区油菜产量的影响

为准确评价基因型和环境互作对黄淮区油菜产量的影响.2021-2022年本研究对黄淮区11个试验点、24个油菜品种产量进行测定,使用AMMI模型稳定性参数分析和最佳线性无偏预测(BLUP)代替平均产量进行GGE双标图分析,对品种丰产性、稳产性和试点的区分力、代表性进行评价.结果显示,基因效应、环境效应及基因与环境互作效应均对黄淮区油菜产量产生极显著影响.品种'RH1953'适宜安徽宿州、山西运城、陕西富平、陕西杨陵、陕西大荔等特定地区种植.品种'陕油85'同时具有丰产性和稳产性,是黄淮区理想品种.陕西宝鸡试验点同时兼具较强的区分力和代表性,是黄淮区较为理想的试验点.AMMI模型和GGE双标图联合运用,提高了品种和试验点筛选的准确性,为油菜品种的推广和区试点的设置提供方法和理论参考依据.
Effect of Interaction between Genotype and Environment on Rapeseed Yield in Huang-Huai Region
To evaluate the effect of genotype and environment interaction on rapeseed yield in Huang-Huai region.In this study,the stability index of AMMI model and Best linear unbiased prediction(BLUP)were used to replace the mean yield for GGE biplot were used to analyze the measurement of the yield of 24 rape cultivars from 11 ex-perimental locations in Huang-Huai region in 2021-2022.Fertility and stability of the cultivars and the discrimi-tiveness and representativenss of the experimental locations were evaluated.The results showed that genotype,en-vironment and interaction of genotype and environment all had significant effects on rapeseed yield.'RH1953'is suitable for specific areas such as Suzhou,Yuncheng,Fuping,Yang Ling and Dali.'Shanyou85'is an ideal cultivar with fertility and stability in Huang-huai region.Baoji,Shaanxi is an ideal experimental location in Huang-Huai re-gion,which has strong discrimitiveness and representativenss.The combination of AMMI model and GGE bioplot improved the accuracy of cultivars and experimental location selection,and provided the method and theoretical reference for rapeseed cultivar extension and regional experimental setting.
