茶树是多年生异花授粉植物,具有较高的经济价值和饮用价值.植物组织培养技术为茶树种质资源离体保存、快速繁殖、遗传转化、多倍体育种、基因功能研究和次生代谢产物生产等提供了有效途径.本研究综述了茶树组织培养技术的发展概况和增殖、生根的主要影响因素,重点分析了组培过程中易出现的褐化、污染等问题及对策,并展望了茶树组织培养的主要应用前景,以期为茶树种质资源综合利用提供一定的参考.
Advance in Tissue Culture Techniques and Applications of Tea Plant(Ca-mellia sinensis)
Camellia sinensis,a perennial plant with cross-pollination characteristics,possesses significant eco-nomic and beverage value.The application of plant tissue culture technology offers an effective approach for vari-ous facets of tea plant cultivation,including rapid propagation,germplasm preservation,genetic transformation,polyploid breeding,gene function investigation,and the production of secondary metabolites.This review provides an overview of tea plant tissue culture technology,with a specific emphasis on factors influencing proliferation and rooting.Furthermore,it addresses prevalent challenges encountered during tea plant tissue culture,such as issues related to browning and contamination.Additionally,the review offers a comprehensive examination of the prima-ry applications of tissue culture in tea plant cultivation.This study provides a reference for the improved utilization of tea plant germplasm resources.
