The Role of the Breeding Industry in Advancing Rural Revitalization Strategies
This study comprehensively analyzes the core role of the breeding industry in advancing rural revital-ization strategies,as well as the challenges and development strategies it faces.By outlining the evolution of breed-ing techniques from traditional breeding methods to modern molecular breeding and gene editing technologies,it demonstrates how breeding technology enhances crop yield,improves quality,and increases resistance,thereby providing strong support for agricultural production.Through the analysis of successful cases both domestically and internationally,the study further confirms the significant contributions of breeding technology to enhancing a-gricultural production efficiency,promoting rural economic growth and social development,and achieving sustain-able agricultural development.This research also explores challenges encountered in the dissemination of breeding technology,such as information asymmetry,technology transfer,and financial support,and proposes correspond-ing policy recommendations and future research directions.It emphasizes the importance of increasing research and development investment,optimizing policy and legal frameworks,strengthening international cooperation,and enhancing technology popularization and education.The breeding industry plays an indispensable role in realizing rural revitalization strategies.Through continuous technological innovation and policy support,the breeding indus-try will further promote rural revitalization and modernization of agriculture in China.
