Relationship between Seed Companies'Seed Supply Chain Management and Sustainable Agricultural Development
Seed companies play a critical role in the agricultural supply chain by providing high-quality seeds,thereby enhancing the efficiency and sustainability of agricultural production.This study aims to explore the im-pact of seed supply chain management by seed companies on sustainable agricultural development.Utilizing both quantitative and qualitative research methods,it analyzes best practices in seed supply chain management and how they contribute to sustainable development economically,environmentally,and socially.The findings suggest that effective supply chain management can improve seed quality,reduce resource wastage in agricultural production,lower production costs,and increase farmers'income.Moreover,adopting eco-friendly seed processing and distri-bution methods helps protect biodiversity and mitigate negative environmental impacts.On the social front,provid-ing technical support and training by seed companies can improve farmers'planting skills and strengthen the cohe-sion of agricultural communities.This study highlights the pivotal role of seed companies in achieving sustainable agricultural development and recommends enhancing the transparency and traceability of the seed supply chain to promote broader socio-economic and environmental benefits.
