本研究旨在探讨种子国际贸易的法律框架与实际应用,分析了推动可持续种子贸易发展的关键要素,系统讨论了基于科学的种子质量和安全标准的重要性,强调了科学标准对于保证种子贸易的可持续性和风险控制的作用,进一步探讨了可追溯性与源头溯源的关键性,并提出了建立信息系统和数据管理机制的重要性.通过更深入的研究,分析了农民参与与社区合作对于推动种子贸易的重要作用,强调了农民知识与经验的重要性以及社区合作对于种子资源保护和可持续供应的意义,并提出未来需要关注气候变化和技术创新,加强国际合作和政策制定,以确保种子贸易的可持续性和公平性.
Abstract
This study aims to explore the legal framework and practical application of international seed trade,and analyze the key elements to promote the development of sustainable seed trade.The study discusses the impor-tance of scientifically based seed quality and safety standards,emphasizes the role of scientific standards in ensur-ing the sustainability and risk control of seed trade,explores the importance of traceability and source traceability,and proposes the importance of establishing information systems and data management mechanisms.Through fur-ther research,the important role of farmer participation and community cooperation in promoting seed trade is an-alyzed,emphasizing the importance of farmers'knowledge and experience,and the significance of community co-operation in seed resource protection and sustainable supply.It is proposed that in the future,attention should be paid to climate change and technological innovation,and international cooperation and policy formulation should be strengthened to ensure the sustainability and fairness of seed trade.
