In order to understand the effects of anaerobic mixed flora, kenaf planting and kenaf bone charcoal powder on the remediation of cadmium-contaminated soil.this study adopted the treatment of potting film cover-ing,potting without film covering and field without film covering. The plant height 10 characters of potted rice af-ter harvest were investigated and the heavy metal Cd content of brown rice treated by three schemes was detected. The chemical morphology of soil Cd was also detected in each treatment at the time of spreading bacteria(early stage)and harvesting(late stage). The results showed that the agronomic characters without film sealing were better than those with film sealing, and the order of characters was HYT>HY>Y>CK;compared with CK,the dry grain yield of HYT,HY and Y increased by 49.65%,35.45%and 21.24%respectively.All treatments had certain effect on the reduction of Cd content in brown rice. The order of Cd content in brown rice was HYT<HY<Y<CK;com-pared with CK treatment,HYT treatment without film closure in pot decreased by 93.13%and HY treatment by 83.26%,HYT treatment without film closure in field decreased by 63.36%and HY treatment by 34.91%.All the treatmentsin the three sets of tests had certain ability to reduce the transfer of heavy metal Cd in soil. The treatment with film closure had the strongest ability to reduce the transfer of heavy metal Cd in soil, followed by HYT.HYT and HY showed the highest decreasing ability of metastasis in both potted and field treatments. The available form of cadmium metal in soil of all treatments decreased, and the unusable form increased, thus reducing the absorp-tion of cadmium by plants,The trend of change was similar between potted closed treatment and field closed treat-ment without film.
