摘要

本研究全面探讨了客户关系管理在生物育种产业中的应用、效益及其未来发展趋势.通过对生物育种产业特点和当前市场环境的讨论,以及对客户关系管理(CRM)理论框架的分析,深入阐述了客户关系管理在提高客户满意度和增强市场竞争力方面的重要作用.通过具体案例分析,特别是以先正达公司为例,展示了客户关系管理在实际应用中如何促进销售额增长和业务拓展.同时,本研究还识别了在生物育种产业中实施客户关系管理过程中可能遇到的挑战,并预测了客户关系管理在生物育种产业中的未来发展趋势,特别是技术革新方向.本研究对于理解客户关系管理在生物育种产业中的应用价值及其未来发展提供了重要视角.

Abstract

This study comprehensively explores the application,benefits,and future development trends of cus-tomer relationship management(CRM)in the bio-breeding industry.Through discussions on the characteristics of the bio-breeding industry and the current market environment,as well as analysis of the theoretical framework of Customer Relationship Management,the paper elaborates on the important role of customer relationship manage-ment in improving customer satisfaction and enhancing market competitiveness.Through specific case analysis,especially using Syngenta as an example,the paper demonstrates how Customer Relationship Management can promote sales growth and business expansion in practical applications.At the same time,the study also identifies potential challenges in implementing customer relationship management in the bio-breeding industry,and predicts the future development trend of customer relationship management in the bio-breeding industry,especially in the direction of technological innovation.The study provides an important perspective for understanding the applica-tion value and future development of customer relationship management in the bio-breeding industry.
