With the development and challenges in the global agricultural sector,domestic seed companies face numerous difficulties in human resource management,including seasonal work demands,skills shortages,and la-bor shortages.Effective human resource management plays a crucial role in addressing these challenges,enhanc-ing production efficiency and quality,and increasing corporate competitiveness.This paper deeply analyzes the current status of human resource management in seed companies,identifies existing problems,and proposes opti-mization strategies to meet changing work demands,improve employee performance,and job satisfaction.Through this study,we hope to provide practical suggestions on better human resource management for seed com-panies,enhancing their competitiveness,improving production efficiency,and making a greater contribution to the global food supply.
