Diversity Analysis of Endophytic Fungi in Epimedium koreanum Based on High-throughput Sequencing
In this study, the diversity of endophytic fungi in Epimedium koreanum leaves and their effective com-ponents were analyzed by high-throughput sequencing and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)to explore the correlation between them and their dominant genera. The results showed that there were 686 species of fungi in the leaves of E.koreanum, belonging to 7 phyla,32 classes,97 orders,242 families and 451 genera, among which Ascomycota and Basidiomycota accounted for 99.05%and 99.22%respectively;Trichomerium and Aureobasidium are the core genera in leaves;among the genera with relative abundance higher than 1%,there was a positive correlation between the flavonoid chemical components and the genera of Strelitziana,Candida,Filobasidium and Cryptococcus, and a negative correlation between the flavonoid chemical components and the genera of Cyphellophora,Articulospora,Exophiala and Colletotrichum. This study provides a scientific basis for the quality improvement of E.koreanum.
