Compliance Risks and Management Strategies in Seed Companies
This study delves into the compliance risks faced by seed companies in the context of globalization and the corresponding compliance management strategies,aiming to provide theoretical and practical support for the sustainable development of seed companies.Currently,seed companies are commonly confronted with risks such as intellectual property infringement,failure in quality control,violation of international trade regulations,and un-ethical market behaviors.These risks threaten not only the economic interests and market reputation of the enter-prises but may also impact agricultural production safety and food security.Addressing these issues,this research explores various compliance management strategies,including strengthening internal controls and risk manage-ment,enhancing intellectual property protection,improving product quality and safety,adhering to international trade regulations,and promoting corporate social responsibility,to assist seed companies in tackling these chal-lenges.Through case analysis,the study further discusses the applicability and limitations of compliance manage-ment strategies and suggests future research directions,emphasizing that effective compliance management strate-gies are key to the long-term sustainable development of seed companies.
