SSR Analysis of Genetic Diversity of Mung Bean Germplasm Resources
The study was conducted to understand the genetic information richness of mung bean germplasm resources,to grasp the kinship between materials,to enhance the mung bean breeding process and to provide a basis for the identification of new varieties. In this work,37 SSR primer pairs were used to analyze the genetic diversity of 19 mung bean materials. The results showed that 34 primer pairs could amplify clear bands, and the total number of amplified bands was 216,among which the number of polymorphic bands was 100,and the average polymorphism rate was 46.30%.The average effective allele of each primer pair was 1.497 1,the mean value of Nei's genetic diversity index(H)was 0.290 8,and the mean Shannon information index(I)was 0.414 1.The genetic distances of the test materials ranged from 0.183 1 to 0.564 5,thus indicating that the materials were genetically close to each other and the genetic background was narrow. With the GD mean value of 0.338 9,the test materials could be divided into four taxa, and most of the materials with similar habitats were clustered into one group. The experiment also screened a pair of specific primers bm487,which can effectively identify the differences among the materials.
