Genetic Diversity Analysis of Calymperaceae Based on ISSR Molecular Marker
In this study,to understand the genetic diversity of Calymperaceae plants,ISSR molecular markers were used to analyze the genetic diversity and genetic relationships of 16 Calymperaceae plants collected in Hainan and Guangdong provinces. The results showed that:(1)A total of 201 bands were amplified from the 8 ISSR primers selected, among them,118 were polymorphic bands with a polymorphism ratio of 58.71%,on average,14.75 polymorphism bands were amplified per primer.(2)The genetic similarity coefficient of 16 species of Calym-peraceae was in the range of 0.492 5~0.810 9,and the average genetic similarity coefficient was 0.652 7.(3)When 0.690 0 was used as the lowest similarity coefficient, the 16 species of Calymperaceae were divided into 7 categories:The first category includes Calymperes afzelii,Calymperes moluccense,Mitthyridium fasciculatum,Calymperes serratum,Calymperes erosum;the second category includes Mitthyridium flavum,Syrrhopodon spiculosus,Syrrhopodon armatus,Octoblepharum albidum,Leucophanes albescens;the third category includes Syrrhopodon gardneri;the fourth category includes Syrrhopodon prolifer var.prolifer;the fifth category includes Syrrhopodon prolifer var.tosaensis,Syrrhopodon involutus;the sixth category includes Syrrhopodon japonic us;the seventh category includes Calymperes graeffeanum. This study reveals the genetic diversity andgenetic relationships of Calymperaceae at the molecular level, and provides a theoretical basis for the taxonomic status of Calymperaceae.
